Rehabilitation Therapy Program

Pet Rehabilitation At New Haven Animal Hospital

Animal physical rehabilitation is similar to human physical therapy, except it usually includes more treatment options, depending on your pet’s needs. The main goal of physical rehabilitation is to improve overall quality of life, improve mobility, decrease pain and improve cognitive function. Pets that could benefit from this service include seniors, athletic, working, and your regular couch potato pets. During your pet’s rehabilitation treatments they will enjoy a relaxing and calm setting with you next to them, allowing you to also improve your bond with your fur baby. We really work towards making this experience a pleasant and enjoyable one, and we encourage owners to be present for comforting pets and giving yummy treats.

If you have more questions/concerns please go to our FAQ, where a lot of helpful information is shared. If you still have questions after this, then please feel free to give us a call, we’re more than happy to talk to you personally – otherwise you can also send us an email at NewHavenPTRehab@gmail.com.
